Use this channel to alert us to immediate security threats or confirmed data security violations. Important: your report will be logged and forwarded to the Information Security Management Team (ISMS) for analysis and containment.
You can report any event that has caused or may cause significant harm:
- Confirmed or suspected data breaches or data leaks (personal or corporate data).
- Successful cyber attacks (e.g., ransomware, unauthorized intrusion).
- Theft or loss of company assets containing sensitive data (laptops, phones, USB drives).
- Critical system failure affecting business operations.
- Discovery of unauthorized security changes or critical security flaws.
Do NOT use this form for:
- General support or account deletion requests (Use Data Rights & Support).
- Allegations of harassment or fraud (email [email protected]).
All reports are immediately escalated to the Information Security Management Team (ISMS) for analysis and containment, following our Incident Response Plan.
